Councilman Stan Rutkowski

He has been an active member of the community as a baseball coach, president of the Village Harbor Civic Association, and president of the “Surf & Sea Fishing Club.” Stan was also named Man of the Year by the SRHS Rams Old Timer’s Club.

Joanne also owned and operated a dance studio for 18 years. Her involvement in community service includes establishing the K-Kids program (affiliate of Kiwanis), producing benefit shows for needy children, and hosting a town-wide basketball game to benefit Tsunami victims.
