Endangering the Welfare of a Child arrest
On the July 26, 2011 at 9:26 pm, the Stafford Township Police Department received a call from the Division of Youth and Family Services (DYFUS) for assistance at a Beach Lane residence.
While at the scene, Police officers discovered drugs and drug paraphernalia in the residence that were accessible to a 2 year old child. Police arrested two residents of the home, Jessica Davis 23 years old and Anthony Liabianca 31 years old
Davis and Liabianca were both charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Possession of Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bail was set by the Judge Damian Murray at $50,000 each. Davis and Liabianca were transported to the Ocean County Jail in default of bail.
