Drunk Driving Arrest
On Thursday July 28, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. Stafford Township Police responded to a report of a possible intoxicated driver behind Manahawkin Mart on East Bay Avenue.
Investigation at the scene revealed that 28 year old Catherine Sweigart of Cherry Hill was operating a 2006 Chevy Work van while under the influence of alcohol.
Ms. Sweigart was arrested and transported to Stafford Police headquarters where she was processed and released after being charged with Driving while intoxicated, and numerous other motor vehicle summonses. Ptl. Drew Smith was the arresting officer, assisted by Ptl. Allen Jillson.
