CDS Arrest
On Friday, July 29, 2011 at 4:11 pm Stafford Twp. Police stopped a motor vehicle in the Beach Haven West section of Stafford Twp. Investigation at the scene revealed the driver, Michael Burroughs, 37, Manahawkin, NJ, to bein possession of a controlled dangerous substance and drug paraphernalia. Additionally, Burroughs was charged with driving with a suspended drivers license.
Burroughs was arrested, transported to Stafford Township police headquarters, processed and released pending a future court appearance. Sgt. John Linck and Ptl. Keith Oler were the arresting officers.
