The administrative duties of the Zoning Board of Adjustment are carried out through this department. The Board handles residential variances, use variances with associated site plans and all work related to perfecting such site plan. The Board also rules on appeals of a Zoning Officer’s decision.
The Zoning Board of Adjustment meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month. The meetings begin at 7:30 PM.
