Vietnam Era Veteran, Honorable Discharge U.S. Navy, Navy Intelligence 7 years

Supervisory Engineer Naval Engineering Stations; '91 "Outstanding Federal Employee," '93 Outstanding Manager Award, "Teddy Roosevelt Conservation Award," National Arbor "Lawrence Enmerson Award," 1996 "SRHS Wall of Fame."

  Married to Helen; father of two children, Derek and Kari

 

 

•       Mayor’s Admininistrative Asstant

           Nina Mullin – Mrs. Mullin has been with the township for many years.  She handles all of the Mayor’s correspondence and scheduling. She keeps the Mayor apprised daily of township business. Mrs. Mullin always makes herself available to the residents of Stafford to          answer any questions or to assist them with any issues. 

 

•       Administrator

           James A. Moran – Mr. Moran serves as the Township Administrator and Director of the Water & Sewer Utility.  He handles all the day-to-day business of the township.  Mr. Moran brings over 25 years of business administration experience to the township.

 

•      Administator’s Assistant

           Jeanette Giberson- Mrs. Giberson has served in the Administrator’s Office for over 13 years.  She assists Mr. Moran with all the day-to-day business of the township.  Mrs. Giberson also serves as the Adopt-A-Tree coordinator.
