    The Office of the Municipal Clerk is the custodian of the official records of the Township.

  9. Municipal Court

    The Municipal Court is a quasi-criminal court of limited jurisdiction.

    It is the mission of the Stafford Township Police Department, a local law enforcement agency in southern Ocean County, to protect and serve the general public, residents and visitors alike.

    The Stafford Township Tax Assessor is governed by State law and regulated by the Director of the Division of Taxation while supervised by the Ocean County Tax Administrator.

    The Tax Collector is responsible for the billing, collection, reporting and enforcement of taxes.

    The Water and Sewer department's mission is to supply the township residents and businesses with safe and palatable drinking water.
